We all love burgers, there is no denial in that, but have you ever thought that the French will be the one to woo us when it comes to a good burger?
I didn’t until I heard about Big Fernand. It just opened it’s doors in Fitzrovia and there were queues from the beginning.
With an unheard of opening where more than 100 burgers were given away for free if you only wore a moustache, Big Fernand won the Londoners once and for all.
What you can expect is artisan buns, a patty made of Charolais and Aberdeen Angus Meat, unpasteurized French cheese and home-made sauce created specially by the chef.
Or if you are picky with your burgers you won’t be disappointed - Big Fernand lets you make your own burger from scratch.
You can choose from beef, chicken, lamb, veal and of course there is a veggie option.
